Recent call-up Tim Federowicz caught Arrieta & Cahill and went 2-for-3 with a run scored. Six different Cubs picked up an RBI each, including Arrieta. Bryzzo went a combined 5-for-9 with 2 RBI and 2 R apiece.
The first place Cubs bring the best record in MLB to the finale of the three-game series with the Bucs tomorrow afternoon in Pittsburgh.
